Blue Cross Blue Shield of Delaware Individual Plans

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Delaware now offers plans to individuals and families who are Delaware residents. 

These plans are offered on a medically underwritten basis.  This means that there is a possibility of being turned away for coverage.  Should you decide to apply for coverage, please DO NOT cancel any existing coverage until you have written confirmation that the new coverage has been approved.  Additionally, these plans are not offered if you have access to a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Delaware employer group plan.

• On the EPO (Exclusive Provider Organization) plans, you have the convenience of the Blue Card network, which is Blue Cross’ national network of providers.  For more information, please click here.
